The plane was more than 60 years old, said Isabelo Rivera, adjutant general of Puerto Rico’s National Guard. Belonging to the 156th Air Wing, it was used to rescue U.S. citizens stranded in the British Virgin Islands following Hurricane Irma and ferry supplies to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria last year. in diameter,

The original search warrant in the case was signed by Judge Steve White.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the request for photos of DeAngelo’s penis might be related to reports in the 1970s and 1980s that the East Area Rapist was not well-endowed.

Prosecutors filed paperwork opposing Howard’s motion, saying the defense erred in trying to invalidate Judge White’s search warrant with a motion filed with the judge handling the murder prosecution so far, Judge Michael Sweet.

They also slammed the defense argument that their plans might endanger DeAngelo’s right to a fair trial.

“In the present case, obtaining the defendant’s major case prints and his DNA sample does not require him to speak or even say a word. Likewise, taking photographs of his person does not require the defendant to share his thoughts and beliefs with law enforcement,” Deputy District Attorneys Thienvu Ho and Amy Holliday wrote.

Judge Sweet said he would review the matter before a hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Beyond Sacramento, DeAngelo has been charged with two murders in Ventura County and four in Orange County.

Investigators said last week that they used DNA taken from one of the Golden State Killer’s crime scenes to create a DNA profile for the killer and match it with an unidentified relative on an opensource genealogy website.

They then used old-school detective work to build out the relative’s family tree, going back generations, and narrow down their list of suspects to DeAngelo.

They began surveilling DeAngelo in his suburban Sacramento neighborhood and collected discarded DNA for two DNA tests that matched with DeAngelo, Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones said at a press conference last week.

DeAngelo, a former cop, did not enter a plea during his first court appearance last week.
