Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, 49, whom President Trump fired State Sen. Brad Hoylman, 52, of Manhattan Former Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner, 48 With Schneiderm­an’s resignatio­n effective at the end of business on Tuesday, it will fall to the Legislatur­e to name a replacemen­t who will serve until the term expires in January. The state Democratic Party is set to nominate its attorney general candidate at its convention on May 23.
