Sizemore hit with $3M suit in girl groping

TOM SIZEMORE was slapped with a lawsuit Monday from a former co-star who claims the actor groped her at a photo shoot when she was just 11.

The 26-year-old woman filed suit in Utah, and accused the scandal-plagued star of inflicting her with posttraumatic stress and drug and alcohol addiction stemming from the 2003 incident on the set of “Born Killers.”

She is seeking at least $3 million in damages.

Reps for Sizemore (photo), 56, did not respond to a request for comment.

The lawsuit comes six months after the allegations first surfaced when a dozen cast and crew members recalled the assault to The Hollywood Reporter.

Shortly after the allegations surfaced, Sizemore denied ever having groped the girl, calling the claims “highly disturbing.”
