KATY ON A WING AND A PRAYER

Katy Perry almost had to fly to the Met Gala on Monday night.

The “Dark Horse” singer (above) was transported to the lavish affair in a vintage convertible because her elaborate outfit — with gigantic wings — would not fit into a regular car.

As luck would have it, that car stalled blocks from the big event. “The car doesn’t work!” Perry can be heard saying on video obtained by TMZ. The driver soon had it up and running again.
