Woman: Trapped and raped

- BY NANCY DILLON

AN UNIDENTIFIED woman claims singer Chris Brown trapped her in a bedroom of his Los Angeles mansion during a drug-fueled orgy last year — and that one of his friends repeatedly raped her.

In a sexual battery and gender violence lawsuit filed Wednesday, the woman claims Brown orchestrated the horrific assault when he ordered someone to “push a couch in front of the bedroom door” to block it and began playing deafening music and pornography “to create a hyper-sexualized environment in the sealed bedroom.”

The woman says she stated out loud that she wanted to leave and would not consent to any sex, but that a woman in the group “violently grabbed” her throat and forced her to perform oral sex on a man identified as Lowell Grissom Jr., a musician and producer who goes by the name Young Lo.

The plaintiff said the naked woman, identified only as Doe X, also sat on her face, “using her legs to pin plaintiff down while forcing plaintiff to perform oral sex on her.”

According to the lawsuit, Doe X was menstruating at the time.

The plaintiff claims Grissom later followed her around Brown’s house, raping her twice.

“These are very, very serious allegations,” the plaintiff’s lawyer Gloria Allred told the Daily News after filing the lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court. “It was a complete nightmare.” Attempts to reach Brown’s lawyer were not successful.

Grissom did not respond to messages from The News seeking comment.

The petitioner claims in her paperwork that she ended up at Brown’s house after attending a concert at the Hollywood hotspot One Oak on Feb. 23, 2017, and receiving an invitation to attend an “after party” at a recording studio.

The woman alleges her phone was confiscated at the studio and that the only reason she continued on to Brown’s private residence was to get her device back.

She claims people at the private house party openly consumed illicit drugs including cocaine and Molly, and that Brown handed her a “clear pill filled with white powder” that he instructed her to consume to have a “good time.”

The woman says she did not take the pill.

The lawsuit alleges Brown also waved a gun in the air during the party and refused to open his security gate when police arrived at the residence because the plaintiff’s worried mom had tracked her phone to the address and called cops.

Allred said her client is seeking general and punitive damages to be decided at trial. Allred said the woman has reported her allegations to Los Angeles police, but the lawyer declined to give a specific timeline.

“The police are aware of our client’s allegations, and she has cooperated with a criminal investigation. My understanding is that it’s still open,” Allred said. “She did speak to police some time ago.”

Brown, 29, has faced accusations of misconduct before.

The “Run It” singer pleaded guilty to felony assault of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and was ordered to attend an anger management rehabilitation center.

Last year, Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, 29, won an emergency stay-away order after claiming Brown punched her in the stomach twice and pushed her down stairs during their relationship.
