On Mother’s Day, the fathers take the mothers and family out to brunch and dinner. On Father’s Day, the mothers stay home and cook dad’s favorite meals. Juan Padron, 38, allegedly asked a 14-year-old girl to sit on his lap inside a classrom inside Intermediate School 219-The New Venture school in Claremont Village on April 21.

Padron, a math coach, asked the student to stay behind after a group tutoring session in the Third Ave. school, cops said.

Once they were alone, and the victim was on Padron’s lap, the educator caressed the victim’s back and kissed her neck, police said.

“This alleged behavior is deeply disturbing and has no place in our schools. He was immediately reassigned away from students pending the outcome of an investigation,” said Doug Cohen, a spokesman for the city Department of Education.

Padron, who has worked at the school for two years, was taken out of the classroom in April, after the accusation was made. He is charged with sexual abuse, cops said.
