Bus perv sought in gropings

- Adam Shrier

Elzeck’s lawyer says his client is being wrongly treated.

“Mr. Elzeck, a 22-year veteran employee of the MTA, was injured and arrested after he pushed out a fare evader that refused commands to leave through the exit that was used for unlawful entry to the subway,” said Schwitzman.

Rynecki said, “The token booth clerk clearly assaulted this young child for no apparent reason and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.”

Police, the MTA and Transport Workers Union Local 100 — Elzeck’s union — did not comment. A CREEPY commuter riding buses in Queens is being sought for grabbing two teenage girls’ backsides in separate attacks hours apart last month, cops said Sunday.

The man assaulted an 18-yearold victim after he sat down next to her on a Q113 bus headed south on Guy R. Brewer Blvd. in Springfield Gardens around 1 p.m. on April 20, authorities said.

When the girl stood to leave the bus at 147th Ave., the handsy pervert grabbed her buttocks, officials said.

A few hours later, he struck up a conversation with a 15-year-old girl as they boarded a Q111 bus at Parsons Blvd. and Archer Ave. in Jamaica around 5:30 p.m., according to police.

The creep groped her buttocks moments after the bus got moving.

The terrified teen hopped off to escape the man about a dozen blocks later, cops said.

Police on Sunday shared surveillance footage of the suspect (inset) boarding the Q113 bus in hopes the public can help identify him.

He is described as 40 to 50, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, 150 to 180 pounds with short dreadlocks, beard and glasses.

He was last seen wearing a purple scarf around his neck and head and a three-quarter-length tan trench coat, tan slacks and sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
