Boone said before the game that the team wasn’t any closer to making a decision on Brandon Drury (migraines, vision,) whose rehab clock finishes before the Yankees next play on Tuesday in Washington. Drury, who’s now wearing tinted glasses to brighten his night vision, went 1-for-4 Sunday with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
“We’ve had conversations and more conversations obviously with a National League team coming up here,” Boone said. “I’m sure we’ll meet again after the game and make some decisions. But no, we have not yet.”
