COPS OUT TO MAKE SURE WEDDING DOESN’T GET ROYALLY FORKED

-

What the fork?

That’s what police in Windsor, England, are wondering after the word “fork” has suddenly appeared as graffiti around town in more than 150 incidents.

The tag has even threatened to mar the upcoming nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (left), as the spraypainter has scribbled “fork” not only on pubs, houses and cars, but along the route that the royal couple’s coach is set to take on the big day, according to The Daily Express.

“It is fair to say this bloke is forking us off big time, because as far as we are concerned we have our work cut out already on the big day,” a police source told the British tabloid.

The prince and his “Suits” star fiancée are set to tie the knot at St. George’s Chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle on Saturday.

The graffiti vandals — believed to be two teens caught on surveillance video — aren’t the only worry for royal watchers. Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, said Monday he won’t attend the ceremony after a flap in which he allegedly staged photos for paparazzi in which he appeared to be getting fitted for formalwear.
