A CROSS-DRESSING drug thief offered a witness a kilo of cocaine to avoid arrest, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Dionicio de la Cruz Rodriguez, 38, was caught on video Monday wearing a dress and wig as he walked into an apartment on E. 201st St. near Briggs Ave. in Jerome Park, cops said

With a knife in hand, Rodriguez forced the 83-year-old woman in the flat to stay in a bedroom as he grabbed 3 kilos of cocaine and $13,000 in cash, according to a criminal complaint unsealed in Manhattan Federal Court.

A witness outside the apartment, who was not identified, spotted the wig-wearing robber through the front door’s peephole. The witness confronted Rodriguez as he tried to leave the building. The pair scuffled and Rodriguez bit the witness in the forearm, authorities said.

He told the witness he could take a kilo of the cocaine if he “ended the altercation,” prosecutors said. Rodriguez is charged with robbery, drug possession with intent to sell and use of a firearm.
