Greg Yonker, Mighty’s horse racing expert, called last Thursday. “Mighty Man, I have a horse for you. Fair Archer in the 6th at Belmont on Saturday. I’ve been waiting six months for this horse to run. Bet $25WP in Saturday’s paper.”

Mighty did play Fair Archer ($25WP) and the Warriors (-12) last Saturday. We didn’t watch the race, but Poor JR did. “MQ. I can see that your new horse expert is following in the footsteps of your old horse expert (Big Artie). New horse expert picked Fair Archer. Okay, I'll bet the horse. The gate opens and Fair Archer almost drops to his knees. The jockey recovers and takes off with the horse. No other horses in sight. Only one problem. Fair Archer is running on the WTC, but the other seven horses are running on the ITC. Horse gets DQ’d. We lose. I use to get to watch the whole race, before I cursed out Big Artie.”

Mighty was waiting on the Dodgers on Tuesday and likes the Yankees and Golden Knights on Wednesday. The deficit is 1480 sirignanos.
