STERN TURNED DOWN TRUMP

Donald Trump begged Howard Stern to speak at the 2016 Republican convention, but the infamous shock jock declined the invitation because he didn’t support The Donald’s candidacy.

“I was put in a very awkward position of having to say publicly — and to him — that I was a Hillary Clinton supporter,” Stern (above right) said on Netflix’s “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman.” Trump was a frequent guest on Stern’s terrestrial and SiriusXM radio shows over the years. “I always have been, and I was honest with Donald,” Stern said.
