BEE IS FOR ‘C’

Samantha Bee singlehandedly made the C-word the most endangered word in America when she called Ivanka Trump a “c--t.” On TV yet. Not the “c” word she USED, the other “c” word: civilized. And you thought that Roseanne-Barr-ed-from TV had already done that by tweeting that Obama-advisor Valerie Jarrett was the offspring of the Muslim Brotherhood and “Planet of the Apes.” The horrible irony in the whole Barr and Bee mess is that both women took the familiar low road to demean other women the way men have always done. Taking back our female power in the age of #MeToo doesn’t mean it’s now OK to use that nasty vagina slur or revolting racial remark to put down other women. Haven’t we had enough of that from men?
