Rape claim vs. boss at Sevigny bro club
THE GENERAL manager of a trendy SoHo nightclub co-owned by actress Chloë Sevigny’s brother slipped a drug in a bottle server’s champagne glass and raped her, a lawsuit charges.
The server at Paul’s Casablanca says in her Manhattan Supreme Court suit that after she worked up the courage to tell club owners Paul Sevigny and Brian McPeck about the alleged assault by Joshua Menendez on Oct. 8, 2017, they brushed off her complaints and ostracized her from staff.
Club lawyer Hayes Young noted the owners learned of the incident months later and Menendez was suspended and then fired.
