TORONTO — Maybe all he needed was a day off. Aaron Judge launched a two-run homer off Joe Biagini in the 13th inning to snap a scoreless tie, and the Yankees finished off a two-game mini-sweep of the Blue Jays with a 3-0 victory on Wednesday night at Rogers Centre.

The Bombers have won seven of eight as they head into this weekend’s Subway Series against the reeling Mets at Citi Field.

Judge got Tuesday off after striking out eight times in Monday’s doubleheader. The 26-year-old right fielder was hitless in his first five at-bats on Wednesday before his 404-foot homer, his 17th of the season, and was 2 for his previous 24.

Two batters later, Giancarlo Stanton added a 119.3 mph laser to left for his 14th homer of the year. It was the second-hardest hit ball of the season to Judge’s 119.9 mph single earlier this year.

Sonny Gray was brilliant, tossing eight shutout innings. But he got no run support and had to settle for a no-decision. Gray tied his season-high in innings and strikeouts (eight). He allowed two hits and walked two.

Aroldis Chapman recorded his 15th save. Chad Green (two innings), Dellin Betances (one) and David Robertson (one) all produced scoreless appearances. Sam Gaviglio threw seven scoreless innings for Toronto. Gleyber Torres was hitless in 11 at-bats before posting a fifth-inning single. Gary Sanchez had his first extra-base hit since May 21, a fourthinning double.
