Cap the cars

Brooklyn: Has the city’s inability to cap app-hire vehicles (like Uber) made it so impossible for drivers to earn a living wage that some are now pushed to suicide? When cabs, double-decker tour buses and even pedicabs are capped in this city, exactly what’s the excuse for app-hire vehicles to remain uncapped? And can the mayor possibly tell us exactly how many more suicides it will take before he caps these vehicles so that all drivers are happy to live for the opportunity to earn a living wage?
