in the sun all day, and try a tastier option. a gastropub right on the Boardwalk at 3052 W. 21st St., has brought back the

a grab-and-go meal for two, for the summer.

Available through Labor Day, each Beach Box ($39.95) packs a Truffle BLT (thick-cut bacon, summer tomato, mixed greens and truffle aioli on brioche, with truffle fries); a Chicken Banh Mi (grilled chicken, pickled vegetables, cilantro and sriracha mayo); a Melon & Prosciutto salad (cantaloupe, prosciutto di parma, fresh mint and balsamic syrup); and two boxed waters.

If you’d rather dine or drink onsite, this restaurant that opened last year offers plenty of seating in its sprawling indoor space and on its smaller rooftop bar with ocean views. Just head to the counter and choose from menu items like Charcuterie ($21.95), a sizable board loaded with locally sourced meats and cheeses, fig jam, Marcona almonds and a tiny spoonful of truffle honey; and the Coney Island Lobster Roll ($24.95), poached lobster, vanilla aioli, black caviar and micro celery on a bun, served with fries and a pickle.

The spot boasts massive windows that look out onto the Boardwalk or the iconic Parachute Jump and is housed in the historic Childs Building, a city landmark commissioned in 1923 by a restaurant group, and now adjacent to the Ford Amphitheater.

Buy the ($4.75) at the shop’s West Village location at 10 Morton St. It’s a pink pastry stuffed with Chandon rosé cream filling, coated with rosé glaze, and topped with rosé butter cream, gold dust and edible rose petals.

It’ll be for sale today from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or till it’s sold out.
