Neponsit: Corey Johnson sponsored a bill (that passed) making phone calls free for Rikers Island inmates. Mayor Dumb Blasio is expected to sign the legislation. Yes, you read that correctly. Prisoners are incarcerated for a reason and they are in jail to be punished. They do not deserve the same luxuries that a law-abiding citizen has and that’s the whole point. This city gives more rights to criminals

than it does to law-abiding taxpayers. NYC is in serious trouble. Time to get out. Rob Rose
