Divorce, restraining order on stripper’s plate

- BY PETER SBLENDORIO, AND NANCY DILLON

Stormy Daniels’ husband has filed for divorce in Texas and won a temporary restraining involving the couple’s daughter.

Glendon Crain, who’s also an adult film actor, accused Daniels of “committing adultery” and buying a plane ticket to have their 7-year-old daughter join her “on tour” last week, the paperwork obtained by the Daily News said.

“This will involve the child being on her tour bus with other adult performers and producers,” Crain said in a statement signed last Tuesday and released by the court in Kaufman County on Monday.

“This will place my child in eminent threat of serious and immediate physical or emotional harm,” he claimed.

The restraining order was granted pending a hearing set for Friday.

“My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage,” Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted Monday. “A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed.”

Daniels — who became a household name in January after claiming she slept with President Trump in 2006 — has been married to Crain since 2015.

“Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority,” Avenatti added in his tweet.

“The case is currently in litigation, and as a result we have no comment,” Crain’s lawyer Rothwell Pool said in a statement.

Crain — who professionally goes by Brendon Miller — filed for the restraining order days after Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was arrested in Ohio for allegedly rubbing her breasts on an undercover cop’s face at a strip club.

Police claimed the act violated a local law, but prosecutors declined to take the case, saying Daniels was a visiting performer not subject to the statute.

Daniels, 39, reportedly checked off the “no” box when asked in the police report if she was married.

Daniels detailed her alleged fling with Trump during a “60 Minutes” appearance in March, claiming she’d had sex with the billionaire once in 2006.

Daniels said in the interview and a lawsuit that she was paid $130,000 by Trump’s attorney to keep quiet about the alleged fling ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

Trump’s team has denied the affair.
