Pa. panel: Cos a ‘predator’
Pennsylvania's Sexual Offenders Assessment Board has found Bill Cosby meets the criteria of a sexually violent predator — a conclusion one of his accusers called “validation” Tuesday.
The board evaluated Cosby after his April 26 conviction for sex assault and returned the opinion he should receive the designation, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele revealed in a court filing.
If Cosby receives the designation, he will be subjected to in-person meetings with police on a quarterly basis, lifetime sex offender counseling and community notification.
“We will see (them) in court,” Cosby's spokesman Andrew Wyatt said in an email to the Daily News when asked for his reaction to the board's recommendation.
