First Lady’s top aide not ‘a good fit’
A top aide to the First Lady who left the post last week was pushed out, according to a source.
Reagan Hedlund, 28, was forced out because she was “not a good fit for the team,” the source said.
Hedlund was Melania Trump’s policy director for the past six months and helped Trump (photo) launch her “Be Best” anti-bullying campaign for kids.
Before joining the White House, Hedlund was an executive assistant for the National Security Council and served as a policy and communications adviser to Secretary of State Pompeo when he was a Republican congressman.
The First Lady’s spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, confirmed the staff shakeup
“She is no longer with our office and we wish her the best,” she said.
