NRA gets an earful at its headquarters
Gun control advocates rallied Saturday outside the National Rifle Association's Virginia headquarters.
Hundreds of people turned out in Fairfax for the “National March on the NRA,” included members of March for Our Lives and survivors from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Fla.
The group is pushing for the revoking the NRA's tax-exempt status and to remember victims of gun violence.
Gov. Cuomo on Friday rejected a claim by the gun lobbying group that his efforts to get banks and insurers to stop doing business with the group are a threat to its existence.
The group filed a lawsuit against New York officials, alleging they are making it too difficult for the organization to operate and violating its First Amendment rights.
