A mentally-disabled man who vanished during the West Indian American Day Parade in Brooklyn was found in good condition Tuesday evening, his relatives said.

Anthony Abrahams, 44, disappeared in a crush of revelers Monday night after arriving at the annual Labor Day celebration of Caribbean culture with his younger brother and their family friend.

As his family was fretting over his absence, Anthony was discovered wondering along Flatbush Ave.

He was dehydrated but unharmed, his brother Nicholas said.

"I'm in tears,” Nicholas, 29, told the Daily News as he headed to the 67th Precinct stationhouse to pick up his brother. “This is amazing. I'm full of joy.”

Nicholas last saw his sibling about 6 p.m. Monday.

He was reported missing as the parade started dying down, sparking a police search.

Anthony can hold conversations and knows his name and date of birth. But he has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old, cops and relatives said.

The man disappeared after a miscommunication between Nicholas and their friend Tiffany Stewart.

“The crowd got way crazy and out of hand,” Nicholas told The News earlier in the day. "Because of that, we kind of lost touch...It was that typical situation. I thought he was with her, she thought he was with me.

"I look after him because he has the capacity of a child,” added Nicholas, who lives with his disabled sibling and their mother in New Brunswick, N.J.

The trip to Brooklyn marked the siblings' first time attending the J'Ouvert festivities in Crown Heights.
