Nicki, Cardi fling shoes, go toe to toe

Fighting is in fashion.

The long-simmering feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj exploded at a New York Fashion Week event, with the hiphop queens caught in a footwearflinging scuffle.

New mom Cardi B fired a red highheeled shoe at Minaj while spewing obscenities Friday as security guards kept the pair separated inside the posh Plaza hotel.

“Keep f---ing playing with me!” an enraged Cardi B shouts in a TMZ.com video of the fight. “B---h, come here!”

Cops arrived within minutes of the 11 p.m. rumble to find Minaj gone and Cardi B unwilling to answer any questions. The barefoot Cardi, with a large bump over her left eye, was escorted from the event by security.

“The responding officer did offer Cardi B medical attention, but she declined,” an NYPD source told the Daily News. “We attempted to ask her several questions, but she refused to cooperate.”

Cardi B was shoeless with her backside hanging out from a torn red Dolce & Gabanna gown when making her exit, according to People magazine.

In a later Instagram posting, the 25-year-old “I Like It” rapper accused Minaj of dissing her 2-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari and and trying to derail her career.

“When you mention my child, you choose to make comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are f---ing off!!” she wrote. “I’ve worked to (sic) hard and come too far to let anyone f--with my success!!!”

The throwdown occurred on a second-floor balcony “right above the red carpet” during a Christina Aguilera performance, People reported.

According to reports, Minaj was just finishing a conversation with someone when the enraged Cardi B tried to attack her — with Nicki’s security guards intervening.
