M&M going global with new flavors
Call them mm&mm's!
M&M's is ready to reveal three new “exclusive, top-secret” flavors of peanut M&M's, according to food blogger SnackChatLive.
English toffee peanut, Thai coconut peanut, and Mexican jalapeno peanut are the three “internationally inspired flavors” making their debut in 2019.
SnackChatLive with Brent Timm — “The wildest and wackiest food vlog in the galaxy!” — posted a photo Tuesday to Instagram displaying the three new varieties of M&M's.
The wrapper's feature a yellow M&M wearing attire relating to the specific flavor's country.
Timm posted a YouTube video review Wednesday, calling himself the “first and only snack blogger in the galaxy to reveal the brand new Mexican Jalapeno Peanut M&M's.”
“Classic peanut M&M crunch … flavor, chocolate. The jalapeno, you can definitely taste it, but it's very light and very subtle,” Timm said of the Mexican flavor. “These were really, really good” Timm said. “Highly recommend them whenever they come out.”
Snackchatlive revealed which flavor was his favorite in an Instagram story, ranking the English Toffee flavor first, Mexican Jalapeno second, and Thai Coconut third.
Instagrammer @charlixbird commented, “Honestly tho, all these choices and they still haven't brought regular coconut back .... booooo.”
Another commented “gimme that toffee and dat coconut” — while others wondered “what is a Thai coconut?”
