JETS at BROWNS

-

8:20 PM Ch. 4 Browns by 3 ½

Crazy things happen on Thursday nights and what’s crazier than a Browns win? The seemingly snake-bitten Brownies (but 2-0 ATS) are favored for the first time since 2015 while the Jets have been reliable dogs with an 8-3-1 record vs. the spread in their last dozen games when getting more than a FG. They’ve also beaten the Browns SU and ATS each of the last three seasons. But, again, it’s Thursday night. Rookie Sam Darnold has a lot of growing up to do in the NFL and the Browns’ D, with the aggressive Gregg Williams pulling the strings, has played very well against two veteran QBs. Plus, there’s one thing that can be said for the Browns: they’re due. Browns and the under.
