Deal eyed in Swift break-in

- Shayna Jacobs

The creep charged with breaking into Taylor Swift’s Tribeca townhouse — where he used her shower and napped — may be getting a plea deal at his next court appearance.

Roger Alvarado, 23, did not appear when his case was called briefly in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday. His attorney and the prosecutor got an adjournment to November as they look to resolve the case.

Alvarado, of Homestead, Fla., was arrested for the bizarre break-in at the “Dear John” singer’s Franklin St. home about 2 a.m. on April 20, when Swift, 28, was not around.

Authorities previously said he made himself at home by napping and showering. Police woke him up and arrested him about noon on April 20. He told cops he used a ladder to get to a terrace — where a window had been smashed, allegedly for Alvarado’s illegal entry.

It was the second time he was busted for an incident at Swift’s residence. Alvarado’s attorney said she she expected a “possible disposition” at the next court appearance relating to both busts.
