Award show Taylor-made for Swift gig

Taylor Swift is about to do “something bad” — on stage, for all to see.

Swift is heading back to the American Music Awards stage for the first time in four years.

The pop star, 28, announced Tuesday that she’s set to open the show with “I Did Something Bad.”

Swift got help from her cat, Meredith, in making the video announcement, which aired first on “Good Morning America.”

“Good morning, America, it’s Taylor. I just wanted to say I’m going to be opening up the American Music Awards with a performance, so I wanted to...,” she said as Meredith wandered away. The show will air next Tuesday at 8 p.m.
