Joe Giudice will get the boot to Italy on release

The husband of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice will be deported to Italy after he wraps up a prison sentence, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
Giuseppe (Joe) Giudice started a 41-month term for fraud and tax evasion in 2016. He is scheduled for release in March.
Giudice, 46, was reportedly given the news by an immigration judge in Pennsylvania, where he is imprisoned at the Allenwood Low correctional facility. He has until Nov. 9 to appeal the decision.
Born in Saronno, Italy, Giudice came to the U.S. as infant and never became an American citizen, leaving him vulnerable to deportation.
Wife Teresa, the table-flipping star of the “RHONJ,” served 11 months in a Danbury, Conn., federal lockup after she pleaded guilty to fraud in 2014.
The couple was allowed to stagger their prison stints to care for their four daughters.
