It’s a girl, say Kate & Justin

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander have added a new player to their team of two – a baby girl.

The model, 26, and her Houston Astros pitcher husband, 35, announced Saturday that they welcomed their first child together Wednesday

“Genevieve Upton Verlander. 11.7.18,” Upton wrote on Instagram alongside a blackand-white photo of her baby’s face.

Verlander, meanwhile, shared a photo of the tot’s tiny fingers, writing, “Welcome to the world Genevieve Upton Verlander. You stole my heart the first second I met you.”

The couple revealed they were expecting in July.

The two celebrated their first wedding anniversary Nov. 4, and Upton reminisced with an Instagram photo of their nuptials, which came days after the Astros claimed a World Series title.
