Actress: Harv assaulted me at Sundance

A new lawsuit claims Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted an aspiring actress during the Sundance Film Festival in 2013 and later bragged about sleeping with actress Jennifer Lawrence.

“Do you even want to be an actress?” Weinstein at one point asked the woman — identified in court papers as Jane Doe — as he complained about how “difficult” and “stupid” she was being, her lawsuit alleges.

“I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is. She has just won an Oscar,” Weinstein allegedly said.

Lawrence (photo right, with Weinstein) has stated she was not “victimized personally” by Weinstein — but she told CBS News’s “60 Minutes” that she “wanted to kill him” when she heard the allegations from dozens of other women.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in Los Angeles, accuses the pariah producer and his former studio, The Weinstein Company, of assault, sexual battery, retaliation, discrimination and gender violence.

The woman claims she first met Weinstein at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2013 and accepted an invitation to visit him in his suite at the Waldorf Astoria Park City to discuss a possible film role.

According to the complaint, the woman excused herself to use the restroom about two hours into the meeting and was “immobilized” with “embarrassment” when Weinstein barged into the bathroom while she was sitting on the toilet with her tights around her ankles.

“Weinstein unbuttoned his jeans, dropped his pants to the floor and exposed his penis while telling her, ‘I like looking at you,’” the paperwork obtained by the Daily News states.

“My d—k is nice and hard for you,” Weinstein allegedly told the woman, according to the complaint. “Do you like my d—k?”

The plaintiff says she rebuffed Weinstein’s advances. She claims he began masturbating and “eventually ejaculated directly onto her skirt.”

Weinstein allegedly instructed the woman to remain his friend if she wanted a career in the film industry, the lawsuit states.

The woman says she reported details of the incident to her agent and was warned not to upset the powerful industry gatekeeper.

Weinstein, 66, has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges in Manhattan related to alleged assaults on other women.

He’s also under criminal investigation in Los Angeles County after women reported incidents to authorities in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
