- BY SHAYNA JACOBS

A Taylor Swift superfan with repeated busts at her Tribeca home who was arrested on two felony charges for his latest stunt was indicted Friday by a grand jury.

Roger Alvarado, 23, was arrested at Swift’s Franklin St. townhouse on March 7, after using a ladder to climb to the terrace where he tried to smash through a glass door, officials said.

Alvarado did not appear in Manhattan Criminal Court on

Friday when his case was called for prosecutors to file notice that a grand jury indicted him. He will be arraigned April 1.

The singer’s accused stalker is already facing attempted burglary and criminal contempt charges for violating an order to stay away from Swift issued by a judge in his prior case.

Alvarado took a plea deal in December on charges related to his stalking of the “Shake it Off ” superstar. It included some jail time and five years probation.

He had been charged withsmashing Swift’s glass door with a shovel in February 2018. He was caught red-handed by cops who noticed he had blood on his hands from the break-in attempt.

He went back two months later and somehow got inside in violation of prior orders to stay away.

Swift wasn’t home but he was comfortable enough to take shower and a nap in her bed.

Alvarado was supposed to undergo mental health treatment as part of his plea deal.
