DON’S A CRASS ACT

Prez, hit with 23 accusations of sex harass, still slaps touchy Joe in vid

President Trump — who has been accused of sexually assaulting or harassing nearly two dozen women — poked fun at Joe Biden on Thursday for fessing up to being a little bit too handsy with people.

“WELCOME BACK JOE!” Trump captioned a doctored version of Biden’s mea culpa video from a day before.

Trump’s manipulated Twitter video, which appears to have been lifted from a right-wing troll, features a cutout of the former vice president sneaking up on himself, as he sits on a leather couch and explains he likes to “grab men and women by the shoulders.”

By the end of the 14-secto ond video, the Biden cutout is leaning over the real Biden, loudly sniffing his head and clutching his shoulders.

Biden, who is widely expected to launch a 2020 bid for president, fired back in a tweet questioning whether Trump didn’t have something better to do.

“I see that you are on the job and presidential, as always,” Biden posted.

In the real video from Wednesday, Biden pledged to be “more mindful” of “personal space” in light of allegations from several women that he inappropriately touched them.

“Social norms have begun change,” the former veep said. “The boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset, and I get it, I get it. I hear what they are saying. I understand it, and I’ll be much more mindful. That’s my responsibility.”

At least seven women have accused the 76-yearold former right-hand man to President Barack Obama of getting a bit too touchy at inopportune moments.

Lucy Flores, a Nevada Democrat, became the first woman to come forward last week, accusing Biden of sneaking up behind her before a political rally in 2014, rubbing her shoulders, sniffing her hair and kissing her on the head.

“I couldn’t move and I

couldn’t say anything,” Flores wrote in an essay published by New York magaon zine. “I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me.”

In his apology video, Biden acknowledged that his old school, backslapping approach to politics may be a bit outdated.

“I’ve always believed, governing — quite frankly, life for that matter — is about connecting with people,” Biden said. “That won’t change. But I will be more mindful and respectful of people’s personal space, and that is a good thing.”

Biden’s confession poses a stark contrast to Trump, who’s been accused of various sexual misconduct by at least 23 women.

Instead of apologizing or pledging to better himself, Trump has doubled down against his accusers, calling them liars and threatening to sue them.

Adding to the abuse allegations, Trump was caught a hot mic in 2005 boasting about being able to “grab” women “by the p—-y” because he’s “a star.”

“I just start kissing them,” Trump says on the tape, which first surfaced weeks before the 2016 election. “It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything…Grab them by the p—-y. You can do anything.”

Days after the infamous recording was released, Trump issued a halfhearted apology, claiming his sexually aggressive comments were only “locker room” talk.

Less than a month later, Trump won the election and became president.
