A Queens woman stabbed during a frenzied fight has died — and her 76-yearold father-in-law has been charged with murder, cops said Thursday.

Dahe Lin set upon his daughter-in-law Wen Ying He, 50, at about 8:30 a.m. March 28 in the back of the family’s home on Suydam St. near Cypress Ave. in Ridgewood, as her panicked neighbors flagged down cops.

One neighbor, a 37year-old woman who spoke on condition of anonymity, said she was coming home when she saw Lin strangling He with a scarf. Another neighbor was standing in the street, calling police.

“I didn’t feel frightened for whatever reason,” she said. She and the other neighbor tried to intervene, but Lin was relentless, she said.

“We kicked him and we got him off of her and he ran inside, the neighbor recounted. “She got up, she was kind of staggering around … He came back out with a giant kitchen knife and started stabbing her. “

Witnesses hurried police to the back of the house, where the victim was shouting about harming herself, sources said.

Cops found Lin on top of his daughter-in-law. When they pulled him off her, they discovered her throat was slashed open, authorities said.

“The man did not speak to us. He barely looked at us. He was just tunnel vision,” the neighbor said. “I’m actually super-glad he didn’t have a gun. I think we’d all be dead if he came out with a gun.”

Medics rushed He to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where she died two days later.
