Least-sick perv label for Weiner

- BY THOMAS TRACY

A judge made disgraced ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner a level one sex offender during a brief court appearance Friday.

During a “risk level assessment” hearing, Judge Raymond Bruce declared Weiner a level one sex offender — the lowest level designation, officials said.

Weiner did not attend the hearing, a spokeswoman for the Bronx district attorney’s office said.

The former congressman and mayoral candidate was released from federal prison in Massachusetts in February after serving 15 months for sexting with a 15-year-old girl and is now in a Bronx reentry center, officials said.

A call to Weiner’s attorney was not immediately returned.

Weiner, 54, has a long history of sexting issues, but his habit became criminal when he began chatting with a North Carolina high schooler on Jan. 23, 2016.

Using the alias “T-Dog” over the course of three video chat sessions, Weiner (photo) “used graphic and obscene language to ask the minor victim to display her naked body and touch herself, which she did,” prosecutors wrote.

Weiner’s ex-wife — longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin — filed for divorce amid the scandal, which led the FBI to reopen a probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server less than two weeks before the 2016 election.

As a level one offender, Weiner will only have to give authorities an approximate address when he’s released from the halfway house. He will have to register for 20 years as a level one offender, according to New York law.

If Weiner had been given the highest designation — a level three offender — his address would have to be made public and he would have had to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
