Rapper Remy Ma turned herself in to cops Wednesday for punching a reality-TV star at an Irving Plaza concert, police said.

The 38-year-old was charged with assault and harassment after she surrendered to the 13th Precinct detective squad, cops said.

Ma (photo) is accused of socking “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Brittney Taylor, 29, in the eye at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert on April 17.

Taylor was treated for a shiner at Mount Sinai Hospital and reported the punch to cops the next day, authorities said.

She later posted a picture of her black eye on Instagram. “So, here am I on my way to a very important meeting and it’s hard to even focus because of what occurred last night,” Taylor wrote. “I didn’t wanna bring it to social media because Its pretty embarrassing and not a good look tbh. I tried my best to cover it up with make up and move on but that still didn’t work. My Question is @remyma why did you really do this?”

Ma, whose real name is Remy Smith, spent six years behind bars for shooting Makeda Barnes-Joseph in the chest during a fight over money in 2007.

She was released from prison in May 2014 and is still on parole, state records show. Her lawyer Dawn Florio told Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Josh Hanshaft that Ma is wearing an ankle monitor and that her curfew has been moved up three hours as a result of the assault allegation.

Ma rose to fame as a member of Fat Joe’s Terror Squad group, where she is one of five rappers to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Top 100 chart.

Hanshaft set Ma’s bail at $1,500 and issued an order of protection for Taylor.

Florio argued Ma couldn’t have pummeled the reality TV star. “That is a complete impossibility. … At 9:30 p.m. she was nursing her 4-month-old child,” Florio claimed.
