A 28-year-old motorcyclist was killed after a car rammed into him while he was making a left turn in Brooklyn Monday, police said.

The biker, Alexander Evvon of 3101 Foster Ave., was hit by an Infiniti Q-50 as he turned from the southbound lane on Ocean Parkway to Beverly Road about 3:55 a.m. The Infiniti was traveling north when it hit the victim. He was thrown off his Kawasaki motorcycle and pronounced dead at Maimonides Medical Center.

Jasmin Morales-Cruz, 24, the driver of the Infiniti, stayed at the scene and was taken into custody. She was later charged with vehicular manslaughter, drunken driving and driving without a license. She was not injured in the crash.

Four other people were wearing seat belts and had minor injuries. They were in stable condition at Maimonides.

Evvon’s mother, who lives a few blocks from her son, was too distraught to speak about him, other than to say, “He was very nice.”

“The world has really lost a great soul,“family friend Dianne Benjamin, 50, told The News as she wiped away tears. “Alex was a wonderful guy, really nice personality, very subtle, very soft-spoken.” She said Evvon was “always creative” and that he had worked as a tattoo artist.

Benjamin said Evvon had lived with his mother and brother before moving into his own place about a year ago. She said he was expecting a baby soon, and that a shower had been recently held for the mother. She last saw him on Friday, Benjamin recalled, as she was going home with pizza and they joked about him liking pizza, too.

Turning her attention to the driver accused of striking Evvon, Benjamin said, “I have children, I don’t wish for anyone to burn in Hell, but she needs to pay for what she did. You took an innocent life.

“She just turned an entire family and community upside down. We have lost a wonderful person, a son, a friend, and a wonderful, wonderful father.”

One of Evvon’s neighbors, who gave her name only as Precious, told The News that Evvon has a daughter around 7 years old who visits him, and she echoed the sentiments of others who knew him. “He was a good guy.”

“He is very respectful, sticks to himself,” she said. “I was having a birthday in May and he came and brought me a drink. Hennessey, my favorite. A sweet, very nice guy.”

Ahmed Ahmed, 21, who works at the Lucky 7 deli at Nostrand and Foster Aves., was shocked to hear that one of his regular customers had been killed. “He was a really cool guy,” Ahmed told The News.

“One time, I was parking my car and I scratched his car as I was pulling in. He said it’s no problem, but I just got it painted.” Ahmed explained that Evvon said it was not necessary to file a report, and simply went with Ahmed to a body shop, where the scratch was repaired.

“Rest in peace” Ahmed said.
