‘MASTER’ TROLL
Witness will attack Tekashi69’s Insta beefs at trial
A creep attacked a 73-year-old stranger who rebuffed him, knocking out her teeth and trying to rape her on a lower Manhattan street.
“I want sex,” the creep told the woman when he came upon her outside Battery Park on Greenwich St. about 12:45 a.m. Sunday, sources said.
“I could be your grandma,” she responded.
He punched her in the face as he tried to rape her. She lost several teeth and suffered a broken eye socket.
The sicko stole her bag, which held $20.
The woman, who is homeless, was taken to a hospital in serious but stable condition.
On Tuesday cops released a surveillance photo of the suspect, who is described as black, between 25 and 35, slim and about 6 feet tall. He wore a red track suit and gray Nikes.
Anyone with information should call (800) 577-TIPS. An accused member of the 9 Trey Bloods will attack Tekashi69’s credibility at trial by revisiting the Brooklynborn rapper’s outrageous online persona before he started cooperating with the feds, an attorney revealed Tuesday.
Anthony “Harv” Ellison, who is accused of kidnapping and robbing Tekashi after a falling out, will portray the trash-talking musician as a master salesman of records and falsehoods, lawyer Deveraux Cannick said.
“Tekashi has mastered the art of marketing, trolling and, for lack of a better word, fabricating,” Cannick said after a hearing in Manhattan Federal Court. “The defense here is that Tekashi knows how to market. He has a history of selling himself and his albums.”
Ellison and Tekashi were both charged in a takedown of 12 accused members of the 9 Trey Bloods. In an unusual twist, prosecutors said Tekashi’s fellow gang members were plotting to kill the rapper after he fired his entourage.
Cannick said he would highlight contradictory statements Tekashi made about the alleged kidnapping in July 2018 to authorities and on Instagram. The trial is scheduled to begin in September.
Tekashi’s attorney Alex Spiro said he would not grace Cannick’s comments with a response. Most of the other accused gangsters in the case have pleaded guilty rather than go to trial.
Tekashi, a trash-talking hip-hop star, pleaded guilty to nine racketeering, gun and drug charges and flipped on his former friends in January. He remains in custody and hopes his cooperation will persuade a judge to impose a light sentence.
Many of Tekashi’s crimes were rooted in Instagram beefs. The feds said he ordered a shot to be fired at Chief Keef on June 2, 2018, while the rival rapper stood outside a Times Square hotel. No one was injured in the shooting, which came as Tekashi and Chief Keef waged a war of words over social media.
Another member of Tekashi’s entourage has pleaded guilty to firing a shot inside the Barclays Center on April 21, 2018, during a run-in with another rapper, Casanova. The two performers had also been trading barbs online.
