A creep reached into an open window of a parked car in Brooklyn and molested a 32year-old woman sleeping in the passenger seat, officials said Thursday.

The victim told police she was snoozing in the car, parked on 83rd St. near Fourth Ave. in Bay Ridge, when the stranger snaked his hand through the open window and groped her around 12:45 a.m. on July 5.

When the startled victim woke up, the sicko ran down Fourth Ave. and into a residential building a block away.

Cops on Wednesday released a surveillance images of the suspect walking around Bay Ridge shortly before the attack and asked the public’s help identifying him.

The suspect is described as white and between 40 and 50. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. A Queens mother was sentenced Thursday to up to 12 years in prison for failing to protect her children from their abusive father and severe beatings like the one that killed her 13-month-old daughter and severely injured the girl’s twin brother.

Tina Torabi, 30, was charged with manslaughter and assault after cops found little Elania Torabi in a basement apartment on Ashby Ave. in Auburndale with bruises on her head, a large wound on her abdomen and blisters and open lesions across her body on Oct. 3, 2018, authorities said.

An autopsy revealed the toddler was dead for at least 24 hours before Torabi called for help.

The girl’s twin brother, Keon, suffered broken ribs, bruises on his groin, a broken hip and lacerated liver, but managed to survive. Three other siblings, 5, 4 and 2years-old were also found in the filthy basement apartment.

“I am very sorry for everything that has happened,” Torabi said during her sentencing in the Queens Criminal Court. “I did fail to protect my children and that’s something I will have to live with for the rest of my life.”

Torabi blamed the beatings on her husband, Mohammed Torabi, 31, who jumped to his death from a Manhattan hotel roof days after his daughter’s death. Authorities said the parents were heavy drug users.

Torabi pleaded guilty in May.

“The baby twins lived in a house of horrors with their siblings,” said Acting Queens DA John Ryan. “Sadly one is dead and her twin brother is lucky to have survived. The mother of these children had a responsibility - not just to provide food and clothing. She had an obligation to protect them from harm. Instead, the baby girl is dead as a result of profound physical abuse. The girl’s twin brother had a long list of ghastly injuries.”
