Blood’s sick gun threat in court – feds

Authorities say he made a point from across the courtroom with his finger: Keep testifying against my relative, and you’re dead.

A Bloods member aimed his finger like a gun and mimed shooting when an accompliceturned-government-witness took the stand during a federal robbery trial in Brooklyn, prosecutors alleged Monday.

Kysheeq Randolph, 23, allegedly made the wordless threat Friday during the trial of Devone “Moneybags” Jefferys, who’s accused of carrying out a violent home invasion in Williamsburg on July 31, 2015.

Jefferys and his accomplices are accused of posing as NYPD officers to rob a drug dealer at gunpoint in the home. The group bound several people with duct tape as they tried to steal heroin and cash, the feds charge.

Bloods member Randolph wanted to intimidate him from testifying, prosecutors allege.

Randolph and Jefferys are related, law enforcement sources said.

“I saw the defendant use his right thumb, index and middle fingers to mimic the shape of a gun and point to his right temple,” ATF Special Agent Tenitris McInnis wrote in a criminal complaint.

“A few minutes later, the defendant made a second gesture with his right hand. He used his thumb, index and middle fingers to mimic the shape of [a] gun, but this time he pointed the gun gesture to the bottom of his chin in an upward moment.”

Randolph had a direct line of sight to the witness the entire time, the agent said.

Randolph had an encounter with another ATF agent moments earlier, telling the agent, “Dead ass, dead ass” as they passed each other in the hallway, the compliant alleges. Though that term is considered slang for “seriously,” he took it as a threat.

Randolph, who was arrested in the Brooklyn federal court building, was ordered detained at an arraignment Monday.
