3 call out Harvey at E. Village bar, post slams & video online

- BY NANCY DILLON

Three people refused to ignore Harvey Weinstein at a Manhattan bar Wednesday night, and posts about their confrontations with the media mogul went viral Thursday.

Comedians Kelly Bachman and Amber Rollo posted video on Twitter showing Bachman standing on stage during an acting showcase at Downtime Bar in the East Village and calling Weinstein out as he sat in a booth.

She called him the “elephant in the room” and a “Freddy Krueger in the room, if you will.”

“I didn’t know that we had to bring our own mace and rape whistles to Actors Hour,” she said, as several people in the audience booed and told her to “shut up.”

Weinstein is scheduled to go on trial in January in New York on sexual assault charges, and he has been accused of sexual assault or harassment by multiple women.

Rollo said a tweet that she approached Weinstein, called him a “f—-ing monster and told him he should disappear.”

Audience member Zoe Stuckless posted Facebook pictures of Weinstein in a booth at the event and shared video of her confrontation at the Avenue B bar.

“Nobody’s gonna say anything?” Stuckless is heard screaming while pointing at Weinstein. “I’m going to stand 4 feet from a f—-ing rapist, and nobody’s gonna say anything?”

In a Facebook post, Stuckless said it was impossible to “sit there and let him laugh. So

I spoke up.

“His bodyguards herded me out. The event organizers were happy to see me go,” Stuckless wrote.

The video of Bachman logged more than 127,000 views and more than 8,000 likes by Thursday night.

Attempts to reach a spokesman for Weinstein were not immediately successful Thursday.

Weinstein was spotted out at the event the same day Rose McGowan sued him in Los Angeles Federal Court for allegedly trying to “silence” her as she stepped forward with a rape allegation.

The actress sued Weinstein, his lawyers and a spy firm, claiming they tried to “silence” her and “portray her as increasingly unglued” to thwart her rape allegation against the embattled powerbroker.

The lawsuit names Weinstein as the lead defendant and prominent civil rights attorneys David Boies and Lisa Bloom as co-defendants along with Israeli intelligence firm Black Cube.

“This case is about a diabolical and illegal effort by one of America’s most powerful men and his representatives to silence sexual-assault victims. And it is about the courageous women and journalists who persisted to reveal the truth,” the 72-page complaint begins.

Weinstein’s lawyer, Phyllis Kupferstein, dismissed the suit as having “no legal merit.”

“Once and for all, Rose McGowan will be shown to be what she is; a publicity seeker looking for money,” Kupferstein said in a statement to the Daily News.
