A shy 6-year-old girl was found wandering the streets near a Queens park Monday, looking confused and clutching a bag of her clothes, sparking an investigation that led to the arrest of a woman believed to be the child’s mom and her boyfriend, sources said.

The girl was about two blocks from Montbellier Park, by Merrick and Springfield Blvds. in Laurelton, when she was spotted by a woman shortly before noon.

The woman took the little girl to two school safety agents who were assigned to the park, police sources said.

The little girl didn’t say much except that her name was Emma, but cops figures out her identity, sources said. The girl was supposed to be in the care of a relative, cops said, adding that a court order barred the mother from contacting the child and that her father wasn’t part of her life.

She was found in the vicinity of where her father lives, cops said. Police wound up arresting a female relative, Patrice Chambers, 29, who cop sources believe to be her mother, and Chambers’ boyfriend, Mark Pamphile, 28.

Both are charged with abandonment of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

A worker delivering milk to a Queens school for those in need during the coronavirus pandemic was crushed to death by his truck early Monday, police said.

The 49-year-old was making the delivery at the Bais Yaakov Academy of Queens on Metropolitan Ave. near 125th St. in Kew Gardens when he was killed about 5:55 a.m.

The victim motioned for a co-worker to back the truck up, only to become pinned between the back of the vehicle and another truck, cops said and a witness said.

The trucks typically pull close together to make it easier to move the milk from one truck to the other, according to a volunteer EMT involved in the charity effort, who gave his name as Eli.

A 24-year-old man was fatally shot in the Rockaways in Queens early Monday, police said.

The victim was blasted in the upper body on Almeda Ave. near Beach
