to cops. Officer Jillian Suarez, whose NYPD dad died on 9/11, shot the suspect with her Taser.

Police said the investigation into the shooting was continuing, while the source said the troubled Bahadoran was increasingly upset over personal issues and the nightly clashes set off by Floyd’s videotaped death beneath a police officer’s knee.

“He was talking about ‘Why is this violence against black people, when is this s—going to end, this s—- is happening because of the f—-ing cops, the cops need to learn how to act,’ ” said the source, who asked for anonymity. “I think it finally took its toll. You’d probably be weirded out if you met him.”

Bahadoran has lived in the building for more than 20 years and worked in the stock market, and the source said he was likely in the bodega to buy beer.

“He normally goes out for his beer run and then comes right back,” the source said. “He never comes back out. He works from home … He wasn’t trying to rob anybody. He’s not Bill Gates rich, but he’s well off.”

The source said police had visited Bahadoran’s apartment previously after his wife and daughter moved out: “He got depressed and that led to other things, anger and such.”

The two officers who fired their weapons were taken to

Lenox Health Greenwich Village and treated for ringing in their ears.

The shooting comes less than eight hours after a similar incident, when police shot and critically wounded a brazen attacker who walked up to a cop in East Flatbush and slashed him the neck. Two cops were shot in the hand in that incident. Both they and the slashed cop are in stable condition at Kings County Hospital.

On Tuesday night, 10 cops opened fire on a gunman, killing him on a Crown Heights street. Police said the suspect had just shot and wounded another man and refused to drop his weapon, raising it up toward the cops.
