Botox doc quick to see you in court

He’s the cheapest Botox doc around — but if you complain about the results, prepare to go to court.

Plastic surgeon Muhammad Mirza is suing yet another client of his Manhattan-based business for defamation after she complained on Yelp that the “quick as a drug deal” operation left her “pockmarked and bleeding.”

Alia Salman Amar is one of more than a dozen patientturned-defendants that have accused Mirza of botching their Botox treatment since 2018.

“Come sue me lol. You’re a joke,” Amar wrote in her Yelp review in October. “The only one who should be sued is you for malpractice.”

Mirza Aesthetics is based in Manhattan but has multiple locations across New York and New Jersey and bills itself as “royalty suited to your needs,” according to the website.

“As with many cosmetic treatments, patients often find that the results of Botox injections do not live up to their expectations,” Mirza’s lawyers wrote in the lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday.

Mirza previously sued 11 unnamed reviewers for defamation in Manhattan Federal Court. He also sued two women in Brooklyn over their reviews in December.

“While most of Plaintiffs’ patients have shared their opinions in a lawful and reasonable manner, a handful of disgruntled Botox patients have chosen to voice false and defamatory accusations on Yelp,” lawyers wrote in the lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages.

Mirza’s Yelp page shows a bevy of one-star ratings dating back to 2016, with clients accusing the doctor of watering down his Botox injections and treating them in dingy dungeon-like rooms.

“Works out of gym bags in some back end storage room that was sketchy and dirty. Felt like we were filming a porno,” wrote Yelp reviewer Robert R. “The man threatened to sue me after I showed skepticism … Yeah ok sue me then, you smell like s—- and your botox is fake. Stop scamming people.”
