- Thomas Tracy

A pair of crooks broke into a Brooklyn apartment, pulled a gun on a frightened teenager and stole $85,000 in cash and jewels, officials said Saturday.

The thieves, sporting dark clothes, gloves, baseball caps and surgical masks, busted into the apartment on Ocean Ave. near Ave. U in Sheepshead Bay about 4 p.m. Oct. 9 after climbing onto the balcony and forcing open the balcony door, officials said.

Once inside, the thieves pulled a gun on a 15-year-old boy, and forced him onto the floor while one of the crooks ransacked the home, palming $50,000 worth of jewelry and $35,000 in cash that belonged to teen’s parents, officials said.

The duo were last seen speeding down Ocean Ave. in a dark-colored four-door sedan.

Cops investigating the burglary acquired surveillance images, which they released Saturday. Anyone with information is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
