A man claiming to be delivering packages at a building with million-dollar apartments in Gramercy Park sexually assaulted a 6-yearold girl, police and sources said.

The terrifying incident, much of it captured on a Nest security camera, began when Tashaun Walls, 27, was reportedly buzzed into the E. 16th St. building by the little girl just before 7:30 p.m. Nov. 7, court records show.

He asked the little girl to help him deliver packages, sources said. Once inside, he beckoned the girl toward him, grabbed her head and forced it toward his groin.

When she tried to fight him off, he pulled her toward his groin three more times before she broke free and walked away, the court records show.

He came after her again, grabbed her and pressed the elevator button, the records show. The girl’s mother then came out of her apartment and called the girl’s name.

She ran to her mother, and Walls ran out of the building.

The girl later told detectives that Walls told her to open her mouth while grabbing her head, the records show.

Walls, who is from the Bronx and sports a Tasmanian Devil tattoo on his chest, was arrested three days later and booked at the 13th Precinct stationhouse in Gramercy Park, sources said. He confirmed to police he was the man in the security video, the court records show.

Walls was hit with nine charges, including predatory sexual assault and other sex counts, kidnapping, burglary, unlawful imprisonment of a child and child endangerment.

During his arraignment, he was ordered held on $200,000 bail. His next court date is March 21.

Walls has 11 prior arrests, including robbery, resisting arrest and turnstile jumping.
