A right-wing provocateur with a fondness for blowtorches and President Trump surrendered to police Tuesday for planting a fake bomb alongside a Black Lives Matter sign outside a Queens mall, officials said.

Louis Shenker, 22, called 911 about 3 a.m. and arranged to surrender in Brooklyn. He was later charged with planting the bogus bomb outside the Queens Place mall in East Elmhurst early Monday, when a 911 caller reported seeing propane tanks on a black Tesla inside a parking garage.

Cops said they were seeking a second suspect described only as a white man. Shenker, who was allegedly caught on camera near the mall, was awaiting arraignment in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday.

The device — a mix of wires, wood, and a can of lighter fluid left alongside a “Black Lives Matter” sign — was inert, police said. Police believe the activist group had no connection to the incident and that the suspect left the sign behind in an effort to discredit the movement.

The stolen car parked near the bogus explosives sported a Nevada license plate, with a dog discovered inside. The husky was in good health and given water by cops.

Shenker intentionally sparked confrontations during protests against police brutality over the summer, police sources said.

Shenker, who gave police a home address in Amherst, Mass., was busted twice just last week for burning posters near Gracie Mansion. In a bizarre rant filmed and posted on social media he read from the Bible and said he was inside the “Yiddish autonomous zone.”

On Jan. 1, Manhattan prosecutors charged him with two counts of arson and one count of criminal mischief for taking a blowtorch to memorial photos of George Floyd affixed to NYPD barricades on E. 86th St. near East End Ave, court documents show.

The baby-faced would-be bomber runs a podcast called “The Minuteman Broadcast,” where he airs his extremist views, and recently appeared on rightwing host Alex Jones’ “Infowars” show. Shenker questioned mask wearing and President-elect Joe Biden’s win against Trump in the U.S. presidential election during his recent chat with Jones, a Sandy Hook denier.

Facebook, YouTube, Apple, and even the streaming adult video site YouPorn have banned Jones’ alt-right show for disseminating debunked conspiracy theories.

The American Spectator profiled Shenker last year after he was expelled from the University of Massachusetts for racist harassment and hate crimes.

According to reports, his expulsion came not long after showing up to taunt a UMass Amherst rally against white supremacy, racism, and Trump. Bearing a sign supporting the commander-in-chief, Shenker turned up to the rally in a MAGA cap.

The Daily News could not immediately reach Shenker’s family for comment Tuesday.
