A mother whose dead body was found stuffed into the trunk of a car in Queens was beaten with a baseball bat before she was hacked to death by two men wielding machetes, prosecutors said Friday.

Nazareth Tamer-Claure’s body was found Wednesday wrapped in a blanket in the trunk of a car headed for the QueensLong Island border days after she got an order of protection against her MS-13 gang-member boyfriend, authorities said.

Rigel Yohairo, 20, beat Tamer-Claure with a baseball bat while Allan “Sergio” Lopez, 22, and Jose Sarmiento, 21, hacked at her with machetes until she was dead, Queens Assistant District Attorney Joseph Grasso said.

The three are charged in Queens Criminal Court with murder, criminal possession of a weapon, concealment of a human corpse and tampering with evidence.

Judge Jerry Iannece ordered all three held without bail pending their next court date.

A fourth suspect, Rodolfo Lopez, 26, was charged with concealment of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. He was freed on his own recognizance.

Allan Lopez and the victim’s boyfriend, 28-yearold Anander Henriquez, are MS-13 members, police sources said.

Henriquez was arrested Thursday on charges he choked the victim during a fight April 9.

Multiple eyewitnesses identified the three men in a lineup and photo array, Grasso said.

Yohairo’s attorney, Scott Bookstein, argued there is “extensive media coverage which alleges that this incident relates to a boyfriend-girlfriend dispute” and that his client was not the victim’s boyfriend.

Allan Lopez’s lawyer, Kevin O’Donnell, said his client had been in the car when it was pulled over by police but was innocent.

Tamer-Claure leaves behind an 8-year-old son.
