Feds go after gangbanger in prostie horror

- BY JOHN ANNESE

A cruel pimp forced prostitutes, including a 14-year-old girl, to live naked in a Staten Island house and wait on him like servants, then drove them to a notorious stretch of road in Brooklyn to have sex for pay, federal prosecutors allege.

Justin Dixon, 32, an alleged Crips member, forced the teen and at least two other women to clean, cook and bathe him, prosecutors said. He’d drive his adolescent victim every night to the “Penn Track,” a strip of road off Pennsylvania Ave. in East New York, where she would meet johns and give him the money she earned, authorities said.

He started communicating with the teen on Jan. 22 on Instagram, and soon picked her up and brought her to the Staten Island house in New Springville a block away from the Staten Island Mall, prosecutors allege. He took her phone and told her she’d need to earn it back by turning tricks, according to a criminal complaint.

“You’re going to put those high heels on,” he once told the teen, while brandishing a gun.

He’d call his teen victim, who’s identified in court filings as “Jane Doe,” tiny, and tried to get her to gain weight, according to federal prosecutors.

“Dixon constantly overfed Jane Doe and consistently told her that she needed to eat more, in order to look older than her current age,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Lorena Michelen wrote in a Monday memo asking he be held without bail. “The defendant also told Jane Doe that he was arranging a trip to Florida with Jane Doe and that he wanted to arrange plastic surgery for Jane Doe, including breast implants, in order to make her appear older than her current age.”

He also plied her with pills that he said would increase her appetite, the prosecutor wrote.

He communicated with his victims over social media, grooming them by expressing a romantic interest, then sprung his trap. He manipulated them into working as prostitutes and “effectively enslaved them through acts of force and coercion,” Michelen wrote.

He alternately showered them with affection and punished them with beatings, and tracked their phones while they were working, prosecutors said.

Police swarmed the house Jan. 26 and arrested Dixon on state kidnapping and promoting prostitution charges, and the feds took over the case Monday. Dixon has a criminal record dating to 2016, including multiple weapon possession convictions.

He was ordered held without bail Monday. His lawyer declined to comment.
