Bethenny Frankel striptease practice? That was a bust!

- RICHARD JOHNSON

Don’t cross Dita Von Teese. The burlesque star has a long memory. On the “Allison Interviews” podcast with entertainment journalist Allison Kugel, Von Teese recalled how Bethenny Frankel (above) asked her to go on the “Bethenny” TV show 10 years ago and teach her how to do a striptease in a giant martini glass.

“And guess what? She didn’t show up for rehearsal!” Von Teese said. “They were like, ‘You have to come to rehearsal and teach her how to do this routine,’ and then she never showed up. And I was like, ‘Why am I at rehearsal? I don’t need to rehearse. I can do this blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back.’ ”

Von Teese continued, “Then we did it live on camera, and I [told Bethenny] ‘You’re on your own.’ ”

Heart transplant cardiologist Dr. Ernst von Schwarz says stem cell treatments will soon extend human life to 120 years, reaching 150 years by the end of the century.

“With stem cells, we can repair damaged tissue. It’s the future of medicine,” said the author of “The Secrets of Immortality.”

“Some patients are getting stem cell therapy three times a week. The skin glows. The collagen rebuilds. They look younger and healthier,” said von Schwarz, of Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

“The whole anti-aging field is attacked as unscientific, but it is absolutely scientific. I know for sure we can prolong life.”

At the very least we’ll have younger looking corpses.

Mark Kostabi had plenty of cash at his Chelsea townhouse the other day — with Roseanne Cash and her Grammy-winning husband John Leventhal.

The prolific painter (right) started his 10-hour party at 2 p.m. and dedicated the marathon to Park West Gallery executive v.p. John Block and his wife Yuki.

Park West recently paid Kostabi $5 million for paintings, which are sold on 105 cruise ships.

Kostabi said: “Working with Park West Gallery is like winning the lottery, but the IRS takes half. God bless America!”

Among the revelers were Suzanne Vega and her husband Paul Mills (aka Poez the Poet,) and Mark’s brother Paul Kostabi, co-founder of White Zombie.

Brother Paul, playing guitar, dedicated a song called “Italian Summer” to Vega, with Mark on piano, and jazz legend

Tommy Campbell on drums.

While producer Steve Garrin schmoozed with Gail Levin, former Whitney curator and foremost expert on Edward Hopper, art dealer Adam Sands quickly sold a Kostabi painting to Usher’s executive bodyguard Edward Kwabena Amo for $10,000.

Kostabi intervened: “Don’t mess with Edward — he’s got an eight-pack under that elegant suit.”

Sonya Hensley serenaded the guests as they devoured the Joy Love Club catering by June Kwan, the mother of Daniel Kwan, who co-directed “Everything Everywhere All at Once.”

Julia Haart returned from a trip to the embattled Gaza Strip to demonstrate on Friday at the UN to mark the 100 days Israeli hostages have been held captive by Hamas.

Haart, who was known as Talia Leibov before she left her Haredi community, marched with hundreds of other Israel supporters from the UN to Times Square

to the Jewish Museum.

“I want the world to understand how illogical and irrational the media coverage has been,” she told me. “Over 100 people are still being held hostage.”

Haart wore a bulletproof vest as she traveled through Gaza with Israeli defense forces and spoke at a rally of thousands in Israel.

“We are still stuck in the Middle Ages. When do we stop accepting the rape and mutilation of innocents?” she said. “I’d love to see Susan Sarandon go into Gaza.”
